My full name is Mr Tab Artemis Kimpton, which is not short for anything except ‘totally fucking awesome’.
I live in England, I was born in 1990 and I’m doing this comic because I feel that if you’re fed up of stereotypes being terrible in media you should start writing your own media. I started putting comics on the internet in 2006 and haven’t stopped since.

Do you still have the pdf file that I could have again? I found another one, but it is only for assault survivors, not non-binary people and non-heterosexual people. I would greatly appreciate it! Intelligent grown-up drawn narratives are hard to find. I have been drawn into your stories. These are great tales, well drawn and cleverly crafted. Although this is aimed at people much younger than me, I love your characters and the romantic queer universe they inhabit.
Hi there, I loved your comics, they are so real, so human. I wanted to ask, will the Shades of A have another chapter with an aro spectrum story and maybe a QPR? It made me cry by the way, there is so little representation, its amazing. Thank you.
How do you feel about appropriating the mythological creatures of other cultures to push your agenda? Does this mean it’s alright to appropriate from other cultures in different facets of life and then change the original intent to fit your purpose? Just wondering what your thoughts are on this.
I think queer people and gender expression outside the norm have existed through all cultures and ages, so my monsters do the same. To argue that I’ve changed them to ‘fit my purpose’ is to erase those people. We have no idea about original intent as you can argue all myths have been warped by homophobic schools and religions over the years.
